職責 Responsibilities:
1. 能準確、耐心應(yīng)答呼入、呼出電話。
Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
2. 詳細準確地紀錄處理酒店預定信息,通過積極的銷售手段將客房銷售額最大化。
To accurately record, process the reservations in detail and maximize room sales through proactive selling activates.
3. 給客戶提供度假村設(shè)施的最新信息,如房型、房價、餐飲推廣、班車表、營業(yè)時間等。
Ensure the accuracy of the reservations received from all sources according to the resort room availability and rate structure.

任職資格Qulifications:
1.至少1年酒店行業(yè)或服務(wù)行業(yè)對客服務(wù)崗位工作經(jīng)驗;
Minimum 1 years working experience on guest service position in hospitality industry or service related.
2. 流利的英語讀寫技能;
Good language skills in English spoken and written.
3. 熟練使用Office軟件, 如Word, Excel, Powerpoint 等;
Skilled in computer, Office software operation, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4. 積極向上的工作態(tài)度,做事主動,責任心強,善于團隊合作;
Positive working attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit.
5. 學歷要求:大專及以上
Associate degree or above.
