Duties & Responsibilities:
1.制定對(duì)外營銷、開拓客源市場(chǎng)計(jì)劃,建立健全良好的區(qū)域性營銷渠道與方法。
Make plans for external marketing and developing customer source markets, and establish and improve good regional marketing channels and methods.
2.執(zhí)行住店客人、旅行團(tuán)及散客的銷售及跟進(jìn)接待工作。
Responsible for the sales and reception of hotel guests, tour groups and individual guests.
3.分析市場(chǎng)動(dòng)向、特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),設(shè)立市場(chǎng)目標(biāo)。
Analyze market trends, characteristics and development trends, and set market targets.
4.走訪客戶,根據(jù)市場(chǎng)變化,并不斷改進(jìn)服務(wù)工作。
Visit customers, according to market changes, and constantly improve service work.
5.積極宣傳酒店服務(wù)和設(shè)施,樹立酒店形象。
Actively promote hotel services and facilities to establish the image of the hotel.
專業(yè)知識(shí)技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷,有相同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
College degree or above, with similar job experience is preferred.
2.了解溫泉的相關(guān)知識(shí)和服務(wù)流程。
Understand the relevant knowledge and service process of hot springs.
3.對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)有一定的了解,熟悉本地賓客的消費(fèi)心理,關(guān)注賓客需求,具備一定的客源。
Have a certain understanding of the local market, be familiar with the consumer psychology of local guests, pay attention to the needs of guests, and have a certain customer source.
4.具有良好的溝通技巧和對(duì)客溝通能力,創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、營銷思路。
Have good communication skills and customer communication ability, innovation consciousness, marketing ideas.
