Forecast market demand and strive for key market opportunities for the hotel.
2.協(xié)助各下屬酒店公司收益最大化,提高市場(chǎng)份額,同時(shí)取得更好的收益。
Assist each subordinate hotel company to maximize revenue, increase market share, and achieve better revenue.
3.與下屬酒店公司預(yù)訂部及銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作以推動(dòng)針對(duì)性收入,在個(gè)人和團(tuán)隊(duì)預(yù)定中始終堅(jiān)持高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的客服理念。
Work closely with the reservation department and sales team of the subordinate hotel company to drive targeted revenue, and always adhere to high standards of customer service in individual and group reservations.
4.始終能對(duì)環(huán)境競(jìng)爭(zhēng),優(yōu)化每間可銷(xiāo)售客房的平均收益。

7.監(jiān)督各酒店公司房間預(yù)訂流量,節(jié)假日、特定時(shí)間段、OTA平臺(tái)等價(jià)格展示情況,并確保操作系統(tǒng)與公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相一致。

11.根據(jù)下屬各酒店公司收益情況做出分析,每周召開(kāi)收益信息會(huì),每月召開(kāi)下屬各酒店公司收益管理分析會(huì)。
