Job Description:
1. 協(xié)助行政總廚管理指定廚房作為獨立利潤中心,符合餐廳營運理念和凱悅酒店集團的標準,確保營運在預算范圍內的同時,最大限度令客人滿意及幫助餐廳贏利。
To assist the Executive Chef in running the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt Hotels Corporation standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
2. 無論何時盡可能購買當地新鮮產品,通過有限的菜單的頻繁更換,確??偰転榭腿颂峁┗臃倍嗟牟穗?。
Buys locally available fresh products whenever possible and has limited menus which are changed frequently to ensure the guest is always offered a variety of food items.
3. 監(jiān)督烹飪及員工工作,協(xié)調他們的工作任務,確保經濟省時的出品。
Supervises cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinates their assignments to ensure economical and timely food production.
4. 觀察食物準備及烹飪的方法、食物的分量規(guī)格及食物的裝飾,確保食物按照規(guī)定標準準備。
Observes methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner.
5. 協(xié)助部門建立完善并且維護部門營運手冊,部門營運手冊應當反映出酒店政策和程序以及工作過程和標準。確保每年進行回顧,反映出改變。
Assist with the development and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects Policies & Procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensure annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
6. 通過在整個部門內建立靈活的員工編制,實施高效的薪資管理/資源分配。 這基于一個靈活的員工編制基數(全職員工和臨時工)、多技能及多任務的原則而定。
Exercise efficient Payroll Management/ Resources allocation through the establishment of a flexible workforce throughout the Division. This will be based on the principles of a flexible associate base (Full Time & Part Time associates), multi-skilling and multi-tasking.
7. 錄用、挑選并發(fā)展員工,引導他們在工作中遵循經營、財務及行政管理的理念,努力掌握多項技能并承擔多項工作。
Recruits, selects, motivates and develops Outlet Chefs to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies and willing to become multi skilled and perform multi tasks.
任職資格:
Qualification:
1. 較好的溝通能力
Good ability to communicate
2. 工作經驗:有同崗位工作經驗(國際聯號工作經驗優(yōu)先)
Work experience: similar position working experience(work experience in international chain hotel as priority)
3. 持有烹飪專業(yè)證書優(yōu)先
Certificate of cook as priority
4. 有強烈的上進心、責任感與團隊合作精神,吃苦耐勞
Strong aspiration,sense of responsibility and team spirit,hard – working
