1、負(fù)責(zé)通過(guò)公關(guān)和促銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)集團(tuán)和酒店在本地和國(guó)際上的定位目標(biāo)。
Be responsible for achieving the positioning goals of the group and the hotel both locally and internationally through public relations and promotional activities.
2、協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)開(kāi)發(fā)公關(guān)促銷(xiāo)計(jì)劃及制作預(yù)算。
Assist the Sales Director in developing public relations and promotion plans and preparing budgets.
3、與媒體、本地社區(qū)、客戶及酒店總部保持密切聯(lián)系,代表、宣傳酒店形象。
Maintain close contact with the media, local communities, customers and the hotel headquarters, and represent and promote the hotel's image.
4、保證所有的宣傳資料和廣告都達(dá)到集團(tuán)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),維護(hù)酒店的良好形象和定位。
Ensure that all promotional materials and advertisements meet the group's standards, and maintain the hotel's good image and positioning
5、開(kāi)拓并實(shí)施公關(guān)活動(dòng),負(fù)責(zé)制作促銷(xiāo)資料、對(duì)媒體宣傳資料及安排在媒體對(duì)飯店的報(bào)道。
Develop and implement public relations activities, take charge of producing promotional materials and media publicity materials, and arrange media coverage of the hotel.
6、開(kāi)發(fā)并跟進(jìn)酒店的各項(xiàng)市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)。

In the local market, build the hotel's image by participating in various marketing activities.
6、負(fù)責(zé)各類(lèi)材料、圖片、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),資料庫(kù)和文檔等。
Be responsible for various materials, images, databases, reference libraries, documents, etc.
7、維護(hù)酒店和集團(tuán)的形象。

Participate in preparing and formulating goals for the department/sub-department/sub-section.
12、開(kāi)發(fā)并執(zhí)行市場(chǎng)公關(guān)/廣告媒體計(jì)劃去完成整個(gè)酒店的目標(biāo)與媒體,并與公關(guān)客戶保持聯(lián)系。
Develop and implement marketing public relations/advertising media plans to achieve the overall hotel goals, and maintain contact with the media and PR clients.
13、參與準(zhǔn)備戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃。
Participate in preparing strategic plans.
14、積極地與主流媒體交流去提高酒店在市場(chǎng)的曝光率或撰寫(xiě)文章。
Actively communicate with mainstream media to increase the hotel's market exposure or write articles.
15、掌握市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)數(shù)據(jù)。
Master marketing data.
16、主動(dòng)承擔(dān)發(fā)展,執(zhí)行酒店年度公關(guān)計(jì)劃和廣告活動(dòng)。
Take the initiative to develop and implement the hotel's annual public relations plans and advertising campaigns.
17、在銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)的指導(dǎo)下,組織活動(dòng)包括邀請(qǐng)媒體,本地重要人物,公司客戶,旅行社和其他相關(guān)客人。
Under the guidance of the Sales Director, organize activities including inviting the media, local VIPs, corporate clients, travel agencies and other relevant guests.
