職位描述 Job Description:
1.?開發(fā)、制定、執(zhí)行,并監(jiān)督酒店的銷售策略,從而達到并超越當(dāng)年的整體預(yù)算的房間收入,餐飲收入以及其他產(chǎn)生利潤部門收入的指標(biāo);
To develop, formulates, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s Sales
Strategy to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and
Beverage, and all other revenue generating departments for the year;
2.?監(jiān)督所有的酒店員工做到傳遞品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的承諾,和時刻提供客人卓越的服務(wù)。當(dāng)必要時,提供正面和有建設(shè)性的反饋給與各部門主管;
To monitor all hotel employees deliver the brand promise and provide
exceptional guest service at all times. Providing positive and constructive
feedback as necessary to the respective Head of Department;
3.?最大化發(fā)揮本部及其他各部員工的工作能力,通過使用多種技能, 多項任務(wù)和靈活合理的日程安排來達到酒店的收支目標(biāo)和客人的期待;
To maximize employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling,
multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals as well as
the guest expectations;
4.為持續(xù)保持酒店市場銷售部職能及保持在競品酒店中優(yōu)勢,保持對本地、國內(nèi)和國際的市場趨勢的敏銳度并適時做出調(diào)整,以最大化酒店營收為最終目標(biāo);
In order to maintain the strength of the Sales and
Marketing Department and the hotel among the Com-Set hotels, maintain the
sensitivity of local, national and international market trends and make timely
adjustments to maximize the hotel's revenue as the ultimate goal;
5.敏銳掌握所有本地相關(guān)竟品酒店每日的生意情況及構(gòu)成情況;
Keen on command of Com-Set hotels business situation and components;
6.根據(jù)年度市場營銷計劃,檢查與評估出有效的銷售活動,并作出必要的調(diào)整,用有效的策略規(guī)避大環(huán)境不可控因素給酒店帶來的營收傷害。
Based on the annual sales plan, check and evaluate those
effective sales activities and making adjustment whenever necessary. Using
right strategy against the decrease of revenue caused by overall economic
environment.
崗位要求 Job Requirement:
1.具備銷售總監(jiān)及市場銷售總監(jiān)工作經(jīng)驗共5年及以上;
5 years continuous working experiences in the position of
Director of Sales & Director of Sales and Marketing;
2.深耕、熟悉及掌握武漢本地市場,公司銷售工作背景優(yōu)先;
Solid knowledge, familiar with/or from Wuhan local
market, Corporate Sales background is preferred;
3.具備極強的內(nèi)部團隊凝聚力及橫向團協(xié)作能力,思維邏輯清晰,責(zé)任心強;
Have a strong internal team cohesion and horizontal team
cooperation ability, logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility;
4.有較強的語言表達、溝通、談判能力,執(zhí)行力、應(yīng)變能力及敏銳的洞察力;
Good at expression, communication, negotiation skills,
execution, adaptability and keen insight;
5.英語口語和書寫流利。
Fluent in spoken and written English.
