主要職責(zé) Primary Responsibilities :
1、要熟練了解食品準(zhǔn)備方法及其它方面的知識,以便向客人推薦各種飲料。
Suggests beverages ~ to be well versed with menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
2、保持工作場地及餐具室內(nèi)物品的齊全、干凈、整潔。
Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
3、結(jié)束服務(wù)后,要清理桌面上所有的臟物。
Cleans all spillage during service time and at closing.
4、熟悉掌握所有酒水、配方及裝飾的知識,以便向客人推薦各種酒水。
Suggests beverages and food, where appropriate ~ to be well versed with all beverages, cocktails, method of preparation and garnishes.
