Assist to achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.

Work with the Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.
和餐廳經(jīng)理一起對(duì)每月盈利和損耗負(fù)責(zé)。
Assist in accurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.協(xié)助經(jīng)理準(zhǔn)確地了解客人的需要從而確保提供好的服務(wù)和食物。
Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始終負(fù)責(zé)維持部門的安全和衛(wèi)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
任職資格:
Minimum of two years of restaurant operations management experience. and at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
兩年以上餐廳運(yùn)作管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),并有一年以上的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Demonstrated leadership qualities.
出色的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
Demonstrated good technical knowledge of restaurant operations.
出色的餐廳營(yíng)運(yùn)知識(shí)。
Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication skills.
出色的交際能力。
Proficient in English and Chinese.
