Job Responsibilities
崗位職責(zé):
1、To determine the team assigned to their own sales goals, to complete the department business objectives?under the leadership of the department manager.
在部門經(jīng)理的帶領(lǐng)下,確定團(tuán)隊(duì)分配給自己的銷售目標(biāo),完成部門營(yíng)業(yè)目標(biāo),
2、Continuously generate and develop new customers.
不斷開發(fā)、發(fā)展新客戶。
3、Frequently visit old customers, maintain a close relationship with old customers, keep abreast of the new needs of old customers and the source of customers, and deal with dining and other matters for them at any time.
經(jīng)常拜訪老客戶,與老客戶保持密切的關(guān)系,及時(shí)掌握老客戶的新需求和客源情況,隨時(shí)為他們處理用餐等事宜。
4、Timely communication with other departments to ensure customer bookings.
及時(shí)與其他部門溝通,保證客戶的預(yù)訂。
Job Requirements
崗位要求:
1、?Familiar with the local market
熟悉本地市場(chǎng)
2、College degree or above. One year working experience in the same position is preferred.
大專以上學(xué)歷。有一年同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
3、?Acquire certain market sales knowledge and skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's products and services.
掌握一定的市場(chǎng)銷售知識(shí)和技巧,全面了解本酒店的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。
4、?Strong coordination, sales and social skills and written and oral expression skills.
有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)、推銷和交際能力及書面、口頭表達(dá)能力。
5、?Work experience in sales department and F&B department.
有銷售部、餐飲部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
