2、保持及促進(jìn)費(fèi)爾蒙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的品牌文化。
3、指導(dǎo)運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng),支持酒店?duì)I收目標(biāo),賓客體驗(yàn),品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及心藝家敬業(yè)度。
4、以積極的方式與整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員溝通互動(dòng),關(guān)注心藝家和賓客。
5、最少1或2年相同職位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有核心目的地城市奢華酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
6、擁有運(yùn)營(yíng)部門(mén)背景的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
7、展現(xiàn)優(yōu)雅,周到的服務(wù)精神。
8、流利使用中英文溝通。
1. Overseeing daily operations of hotel.
2. Maintain and promote Fairmont brand service culture as standard.
3. Direct all operational activities towards supporting the hotels goals-GOP, guest
satisfaction, brand consistency and heartist engagement.
4. A people individual with focus on Heartist and Guest.
5. Minimum 1or 2 years experience in similar role with luxury background.?
6.Individual?with operation department background would be an added advantage.
7. Act as a role model in delivering elegant and understated service with sophistication.
8. Good communication with fluency in English and Mandarin.
