As a Service Manager - Chief Stewarding, we rely on you to:
Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department?
Control flow and supply of chinaware /? flatware/ glassware
Ensures accurate tabulation of all losses / breakage and proposes the purchase of all operating equipment
Maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas
Actively seek staff feedback and suggestions to improve operations
We are looking for someone who:
Displays initiative
Oral and written fluency in English
Commitment to professional values
Team leader/ builder
Willing to work extended hours when required
At least 3 years experience in international class hotel in a similar capacity
