Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
·?To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested.
·?To be vigilant and performall duties and responsibilities in a mannerthat ensures safety in all "wellbeing" equipment?and facilities are kept in a perfect working condition, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for the guests and??members, as well as a safe working environment for team members.
·?To contribute ideas and suggestions and actively promote the services to enhance operational/environmental procedures and facilities in the property.
·?Promote and sell the services of the Fitness Center and maximize the potential of all sales .Do demonstrations and????????presentations as required. Oversee Press visits, PR and VIP visits.
·?Leads fitness exercise sessions, personal training sessions, group training experiences, and in-service education??????sessions.
·?Ensure Guest/Member satisfaction at all im es by ensuring that safety and service is always the fitness's first priority.

·?促進(jìn)和銷售健身中心的服務(wù),最大限度的促進(jìn)所有銷售的可能性,有必要時(shí)做適當(dāng)?shù)氖痉逗徒忉專嗔粢鈧髅?、PR、VIP 顧客。
·?領(lǐng)導(dǎo)健身鍛煉、個(gè)人培訓(xùn)、會員培訓(xùn)體驗(yàn)和在職教育課程
?·?確保客人/會員對安全和服務(wù)時(shí)刻滿意是健身中心的第一優(yōu)先原則
Knowledge and Experience 知識和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
·?Proficient in Mandarin(verbal and written)??
·?Must have the national occupational qualification certification -swimming life-saving certificate
·?At least 3-yearexperience in 5-star international hotel, be comfortable communicating with others
·?Ability to operates the swim pool equipment, Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during???busy period
·?普通話說寫能力流利
·?必須持有國家職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證的游泳救生證
·?至少三年國際五星級酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有很好的溝通能力
·?熟練掌握使用泳池設(shè)備,面對大量工作時(shí),能承受工作壓力,能處理緊急情況
