DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES職責(zé)和義務(wù)
1. Monitors technological developments and latest progress, and is responsible to ?manage and maintain all the systems and applications used in the hotel, and implements the "connectivity" specifications for meetings sold to the customers according to their requirements.
監(jiān)控技術(shù)的發(fā)展和最新進(jìn)展,負(fù)責(zé)管理和維護(hù)酒店使用的所有系統(tǒng)和應(yīng)用程序,并根據(jù)客戶的需求,實(shí)施客戶會議的“連通性”規(guī)范。
2. ?Is responsible for the correct installation of technical IT, telecoms and audiovisual
equipment and ensures it is in good working order.
負(fù)責(zé)信息技術(shù)、電信和視聽設(shè)備的正確安裝,確保其處于良好的工作狀態(tài)。
3. Identifies, evaluates, and selects external service-providers.
識別、評估和選擇外部服務(wù)提供者。
4. ?Analyses hotel guests and restaurant customer explicit and implicit needs, and provides solutions ?and recommendations to the General Manager to improve and enhance the solutions for the guests.
分析酒店客人和餐廳客人的外在和內(nèi)在的需求,并向總經(jīng)理提供解決方案和建議,以提升和加強(qiáng)為客人解決問題。
5.?? Is responsible for always ensuring that the IT solutions and internet services for all ?
hotel guests and restaurant guests is effective and meets the expectation of the guests and the international 5 star hotel standard.
負(fù)責(zé)確保為酒店所有客人和餐廳客人的提供有效的計(jì)算機(jī)解決方案和網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù),并達(dá)到客人的期望和國際五星級酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
6. ?Supports the hotel sales department and helps promote the Hotel Meeting offer by providing high quality services and making proactive suggestions.?

7. ?Ensures that all equipment available is duly respected and meets all safety norms and conformity regulations.

8. ?Responsible for keeping the IT office and the central computer rooms clean and tidy and secure, and applies hotel safety regulations.

9. ?Responsible for completing monthly computer hardware inventory and ensuring that all computers and printers and coy machines are always well cared for and located in safe and secure locations so that they will not be damaged.

10. Responsible for controlling tightly the access to all software programs and implementing the policy to issue the access only after the approval has been issued.

11. Responsible for informing the General Manager immediately, whenever there is a potential damage or danger for any of the IT computer hardware or software solutions, and takes action to protect all hotel IT.
任何時(shí)候如果出現(xiàn)IT計(jì)算機(jī)硬件或軟件的潛在損壞或危險(xiǎn)時(shí),需立即通知總經(jīng)理,并采取措施保護(hù)酒店所有的計(jì)算機(jī)。
12. Responsible for ensuring data security for all hotel software programs and business documents.
負(fù)責(zé)確保酒店所有軟件程序和商務(wù)文件的數(shù)據(jù)安全。
13. Responsible not to disclose or share any information about the hotel data network or business data without the prior approval of the General Manager.
未經(jīng)總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn),不得泄露或分享酒店數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)或業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的任何信息。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1. ?Preferably college graduate or equivalent in experience.
大學(xué)專科畢業(yè)以上或同等經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. Minimum 5 year of experience in hotel IT department of the international hotel, and 2 year of supervisor or asst. manager.
5年以上國際酒店IT部門工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),2年以上主管或助理經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Good local market knowledge and awareness, and good knowledge of hotel network operating software and hardware.
良好的本地市場知識,熟悉酒店網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營軟硬件。
