崗位職責(zé):
1.協(xié)助酒店市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略的制訂。
Assists with the development of marketing strategies.
2.協(xié)助酒店新產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)的開(kāi)發(fā)和推廣。
Assists with the development of new product themes and services.
3.與客戶談判,確保滿足客人的需要,同時(shí)又能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)飯店的利潤(rùn)。
To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met.
4.對(duì)酒店 產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)有高度了解,以便更好地向客戶銷售飯店的服務(wù)及設(shè)施。
Possesses a high level of product and service knowledge in order to promote services and facilities to customers.
5.拜訪有潛力的客戶,發(fā)展并保持與客戶合作的關(guān)系。
Accomplishes sales calls on prospective clients to develop and maintain relationship.
崗位要求:
1.了解商務(wù)旅游、旅游業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng),會(huì)議旅游及餐飲銷售。
Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering sales.
2.能夠掌握和理解市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。
Ability and understanding of the market and competition.
3.具備銷售、市場(chǎng)推廣、銷售方案及策劃等方面的專業(yè)知識(shí)。
With sales & marketing analysis, sales programs and Planning abilities etc.
4.在國(guó)際連鎖集團(tuán)飯店擔(dān)任類似職位有2年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Min 2 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
