To supervise the other concierge associates, bell staff, doormen to effectively handle guest requests, to ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times.
督導其他的禮賓同事,行李員,門僮快捷有效的為客人提供服務,確保他們執(zhí)行酒店的規(guī)章制度,程序和標準達到賓客滿意。 確保以上崗位隨時保持專業(yè)工作結(jié)果。
Responsible for hiring, training and development of all concierge-related associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and customer service oriented.
負責招聘、培訓和發(fā)展所有禮賓部相關的員工,使他們有禮、外向并以客為先。
Assist the Chief Concierge in above areas to ensure a correct and smoothly operation department.?

Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.
