4. Conduct regular competitor’s surveys on events being held at competitor hotels and follow-up with introductory plan
定期關注競爭對手的宴會會議情況,并跟進。
5. To implement the marketing plan and its proposed promotional activities

6. To assist and offer views on the design and implementation of attractive banquet packages, sales kit, etc.

7. Supervise and coordinate activities of catering sales coordinators with regards to his/her daily production, market coverage , planning and routing, report of activities, follow-up and guides field activities of catering sales persons.

15. To attend the daily banquet event order meeting, weekly catering sales other meetings as assigned.

16. To be constantly aware and consciously maintain food and beverage costing on all banqueting/meeting events.
