Key Duties and Responsibilities

? To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.

? To ensure proper grooming always as per company policy.

? To be aware of the company values and objectives such as JDP, MS, and Emp. Survey

? Attend daily briefing at the beginning of each shift.

? Be fully trained on resort standards and procedures required to carry out daily tasks.

? Use and maintain all chemicals, supplies, and equipment as per resort standards.

? Clean, replenish, and prepare all guest rooms as per resort standards.

? Move and position the cleaning trolley in the corridor as per resort standards, ensuring a safe and hazard-free corridor.

? To follow the resort’s key control policy.

? Operate machinery and equipment according to resort standards.

? Carry out and complete daily task control sheet or by the system.

? Report malfunctioning tools, incidents, and guest room issues correctly to Team Leaders as per resort standards.

? Report lost and found articles as per resort standards.

? Report in-room safe issues as per resort standards and policies.

? Report unusual guest behavior or activities as per resort standards.

? Have a thorough knowledge of the layout of the guest rooms and corridors and all Housekeeping storage spaces with what they hold.

? Follow hotel health and safety policies and procedures.

? Attend training when required by the resort.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
技能、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教育要求
? Previous Hotel experience as Guest Room Attendant would be advantageous.
相關(guān)酒店客房服務(wù)員經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
? Communication – Understand Basic English and Speak Fluent Mandarin
