Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
? Responsible for communication within housekeeping and other departments regarding guest requests and hotel talent. Renders secretarial and clerical services for housekeeping.
負(fù)責(zé)本部門內(nèi)的溝通,將客人的要求反映給其他相關(guān)部門,做好本部門的翻譯及文秘工作。
? Contact suppliers and outside contract service. Prepares requisitions for all office supplies.
就有關(guān)售后服務(wù)的問題,與供貨商聯(lián)系。
? Bring any complaints (talent/guest) calls to Exec. Housekeeper’s attention.
收集客人和人才的抱怨,并反映給行政管家。
? Handles telephone incoming/outgoing calls.
負(fù)責(zé)接打電話。
? Handles human relation duties for talents.
處理人才人事關(guān)系。
? Sees that talent’s complaints and needs are passed on to the Supervisor.
了解人才抱怨和需求,并反映給主管。
? Arranges appointments for Executive Housekeeper; reminds superior of appointments and meeting.
安排行政管家的會見,提醒個部門主管的會見及會議。
? Drafts routine or simple correspondence for the Executive Housekeeper as assigned.
為行政管家起草日常簡單的信件。
? Receives and records reports from housekeeping sections regarding missing, defective or damaged equipment, prepares maintenance work orders and sends same to engineering department.
接收和登記客房部內(nèi)設(shè)備的丟失、缺少或破壞情況,準(zhǔn)備好請修任務(wù)并送到工程部。
? Types or inputs to computer for all reports, memoranda and correspondence for Exec. Housekeeper and maintains file of same.
將所有的工作報告、備忘錄和信件輸入電腦,并保存所有的文件。
? Maintains a logbook for lost and found items and recommends for disposal at appropriate time.
保存記錄好遺留物品清單并建議和提醒處理時間。
? Keep personal records of talents, attendance sheets, change forms, annual leave, sick leave accident report etc.
對人才的出勤、崗位變動、年假、病假的情況做出記錄。
