Logbook and reservation must be read at the beginning of each shift.
上班首先閱讀記錄本和查看預(yù)定信息。
Ensure customer satisfaction by courteously greeting customers and promptly escorting to their seats.
通過禮貌的迎接客人和及時(shí)地把客人引領(lǐng)到座位上來確保顧客的滿意度。
Present menus, suggests beverage or daily specials.
展示菜單,推薦飲料或者當(dāng)日特色。
Exhibits knowledge of all items on the menu and wine list.
具備菜單和酒單上的知識(shí)。
Taker order, repeat order for presentation to guest, replenishes water, make and pour coffee to the customers. Clean table throughout dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware, processes customer restaurant bills promptly and accurately.
為客人點(diǎn)單并確認(rèn)菜單信息,制作咖啡,加水。清理桌面的餐盤、杯子和銀器,快速和準(zhǔn)確的為客人結(jié)賬。
Clean tables, chairs and floor. Reset table quickly, polish silverware and fold linen.
清潔桌椅和地面,快速恢復(fù)臺(tái)面,拋光餐具和折疊布草。
Acquire a working knowledge of hotel, in-house facilities and local information to respond to customer’s questions in these areas. Promote all other service the hotel provides.
要求熟悉酒店和餐廳的環(huán)境、設(shè)施和當(dāng)?shù)氐囊恍┬畔?,?zhǔn)確回復(fù)客人的提出的問題。另外也可以推銷酒店的其他服務(wù)。
Inform supervisor/ manager of any customer dissatisfaction.
客人的不滿要及時(shí)地匯報(bào)給主管/經(jīng)理。
Adheres to hotel policies and procedures.
遵循酒店規(guī)章制度和程序。
Attend work on time and as scheduled. Follow hotel grooming, hygiene and dress standards. Fill out sign in and sign out sheet, and have supervisor co-sign.
根據(jù)排班表準(zhǔn)時(shí)上班,遵守酒店的儀容儀表制度。上下班需填寫簽到簽退表,并讓主管簽字認(rèn)同。

任職資格:
High School graduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent.
高中及以上學(xué)歷,酒店管理相關(guān)專業(yè)。
