1. Dishes are prepared, cooked, and served according to the restaurant’s menu.

Provide direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.

3. Communication is done politely and displays courtesy to guests and internal customers.

5. Familiarity with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures is demonstrated and equipment is operated safely and sensibly.

Job Requirements:?
任職要求:
1.Minimum 3 years kitchen experience.
至少3年廚房工作經(jīng)驗。
2.International experience is preferred.
有國際經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
