3、在社區(qū)發(fā)展關(guān)系以加強(qiáng)和擴(kuò)展客戶群并獲取餐廳銷售機(jī)會(huì)。
4、管理和發(fā)展與主要的內(nèi)外部利益相關(guān)者之間的關(guān)系。
5、通過與市場(chǎng)營銷部的合作以推動(dòng)住店比率的提升并舉辦促銷活動(dòng)。
6、在酒店周邊公共區(qū)域積極活動(dòng),與客人接洽并形成額外的生意。
7、與營運(yùn)和溝通部門共同發(fā)展、計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行所有的相關(guān)的餐飲促銷。
8、作為餐飲俱樂部計(jì)劃的大使,通過推動(dòng)銷售和獲取計(jì)劃中客戶的反饋與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通并給予支持。
9、探索主辦社會(huì)宴會(huì)的機(jī)會(huì)如生日聚會(huì)、私人聚會(huì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)事件等以使利潤巨大化。
10、與市場(chǎng)傳媒部緊密合作,以推動(dòng)酒店附近的餐飲相關(guān)推廣活動(dòng)。
11、與市場(chǎng)營銷部的同事合作,探訪潛在的客戶并推動(dòng)餐廳生意。
12、參加社會(huì)宴會(huì)以獲得更多新的生意機(jī)會(huì)。
Job Description:
1、Work collaboratively with theSales & Marketing department to generate opportunities for new business.
2、Build and strengthenrelationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings, includingin-house promotions, sales calls, entertainment and an active involvement inrestaurant service during peak hours.
3、Develop relationshipswithin the community to strengthen and expand customer base for restaurants’sales opportunities.
4、Manage and developrelationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
5、Drive in-house captureratio by working closely with the Marketing Communications department toestablish promotions.
6、Actively be around in the hotelpublic areas to engage with guests and generate additional business.
7、Develop, plan and executeall Food & Beverage promotions with the Operations and Commercialdepartments for both internal and external communications related promotions.
8、Be an ambassador for the DiningClub program, communicate and support the sales team by driving sales andobtaining feedback on the program.
9、Explore opportunities forhosting social events such as birthday parties, secretary parties andnetworking events in order to maximize revenue.
10、Work with the MarketingCommunication department on restaurant related promotional activities for hotzones near the hotel.
11、Partner with Sales andMarketing account managers to visit potential accounts to drive restaurantbusiness.
12、Attend social functions inorder to meet new business opportunities.
