Assist the General Manager in taking overall
responsibility for the company's sales management work and achieving the
company's set sales targets.

Establish and improve the sales system,
formulate sales incentive mechanisms, and improve the performance of the sales
team.
建立和完善銷售體系,制定銷售激勵(lì)機(jī)制,提高銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的業(yè)績(jī)。
Develop and maintain customer relationships,
actively expand the market, establish customer files, and promptly collect and
update target customer information.
開發(fā)和維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,積極拓展市場(chǎng),建立客戶檔案,并即時(shí)收集和更新目標(biāo)客戶資料。
Analyze and plan the market, visit customers
according to plans and requirements, mine customer information, effectively
filter it, track interested customers, promote suitable products to different
customers, and operate market promotion effectively.
分析、規(guī)劃市場(chǎng),按計(jì)劃及要求拜訪客戶,挖掘客戶信息,進(jìn)行有效過濾,對(duì)有意客戶進(jìn)行跟蹤,針對(duì)不同客戶推廣合適產(chǎn)品,并良好運(yùn)作市場(chǎng)推廣。
Possess innovative spirit and the ability to
integrate resources to design comprehensive solutions for customers.

Job Requirement要求:
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing,
Hotel Management or related fields, with rich experience in hotel sales and
marketing.
具有市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、酒店管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷,具備豐富的酒店市場(chǎng)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
At least 8 years of experience in hotel sales
and marketing or related fields, with a background in international chain
hotels or high-end hotels preferred.
至少8年以上酒店市場(chǎng)銷售或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有國(guó)際連鎖酒店或高端酒店背景者優(yōu)先。
Proficient in marketing strategies and sales
techniques, with a keen market insight and analytical ability to adjust sales
strategies in response to market changes.
精通市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略和銷售技巧,具備敏銳的市場(chǎng)洞察力和分析能力,能夠根據(jù)市場(chǎng)變化及時(shí)調(diào)整銷售策略。
Good communication skills and team spirit,
able to coordinate resources from various departments to achieve sales targets.

Strong leadership and decision-making
abilities, able to lead a team to complete complex sales tasks and market

Proficient in English, with good English listening,
speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate fluently with
international clients.
