Assists with the development and maintenance of a detailed Departmental
Operations Manual that reflects Policies & Procedures, work processes and
standards of performance within the Division.?
Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
§? 幫助做年度房務(wù)部經(jīng)營預(yù)算的準備,確定充分體現(xiàn)酒店的經(jīng)營目標和員工的需求。
Assists with the preparation of the annual Rooms Business Plan, ensuring
Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the Hotel and needs
of associates.
§? 幫助部門經(jīng)理準備和定時更新部門預(yù)算,確定目標被達到,而且費用有效地被控制。
Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Housekeeping
Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the Departmental Manager,
ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
§? 持續(xù)監(jiān)查并確保正確地處理和管控客人的遺留物品。
Constantly monitors and ensures the proper handling and control of Lost
and Found items.
§? 確保清潔設(shè)備供應(yīng)商根據(jù)合同的售后服務(wù)條款對清潔設(shè)備進行定期的維護。
Ensures after-sale service execute by cleaning equipment supplier
periodically according to contract indicates, ensure the equipment’s have
proper maintenance.

§? 發(fā)放、檢查及控制所有清潔用品和設(shè)備
Assists in preparing and controlling weekly requisitions, usage of
chemicals and supplies.
§? 準備每月所做事情總結(jié)報表
Prepares monthly activity reports.
§? 在重要客人入住前,檢查所有重要客人的房間。
Checks all VIP rooms prior to check in.
§? 定期檢查房間和公共區(qū)域,確保實現(xiàn)高標準的清潔和維護
Conducts regular inspections of rooms and public areas, ensuring
standards of cleanliness is maintained at all times.
§? 協(xié)助布草、瓷器、玻璃器皿的盤點并向客房部副經(jīng)理匯報。
Assists in conducting inventory of linen, chinaware, and glassware and
reports to Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
§? 協(xié)調(diào)和維護機器維修報告和記錄。
Coordinates and maintains machine maintenance reports and records.
§? 向客房副經(jīng)理報告客房和酒店區(qū)域的情況,確保適當(dāng)和持續(xù)的維護。
Reports to Assistant Housekeeping Manager on the conditions of guest
rooms and hotel area to ensure appropriate and consistent maintenance.
§? 與餐飲部緊密合作,確保迷你酒吧系統(tǒng)得到妥善維護,所有員工都嚴格遵守消費和補充的政策和程序。
Works closely with Food & Beverage Department to ensure that the
Mini Bar system is properly maintained and all employees follow closely with
the Policies & Procedures of updating consumption and replenishment.

Works closely with Food & Beverage to ensure all amenities are
appropriately placed and removed/ replenished.

§? 檢查客房時,如發(fā)現(xiàn)需要維修及更換的家具或設(shè)備,需向客房部副經(jīng)理提出建議。
During the inspects for guest rooms, if found any needs for repairs or
replacement of furniture or equipment, should makes recommendations to Assistant
Housekeeping Manager.
§? 檢查服務(wù)區(qū)域,以保證這些地方的干凈、整齊。
Inspects service areas to ensure they are clean and tidy.
§? 向工程部報告所有需要保養(yǎng)或維修的項目。
Report all maintenance or repair items to Engineering department.

§? 協(xié)助發(fā)展客房員工并跟進工作運作、財務(wù)、以及管理的哲學(xué),使他們成為多功能及多任務(wù)的原則。
Assists with the development of Housekeeping associates to work
following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies and ensuring
employees are multi-skilled and perform multi-tasks.
§? 通過參與管理,根據(jù)酒店制度和程序以及相關(guān)適用法律,對所有客房部員工進行緊密督導(dǎo)。
Through hands-on management, supervises closely all Housekeeping associates
in the performance of their duties in accordance with Policies & Procedures
and applicable laws.
§? 給具備能力和資源的員工委派適當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ骱拓?zé)任,在培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展員工的同時確保營運標準和安全。
Delegates appropriately duties and responsibilities to equipped and
resourceful associates, nurturing and developing them whilst ensuring standards
of operations and safety are maintained.
§? 擁護和支持酒店的培訓(xùn)精神和以人為本的管理哲學(xué),并和進修及培訓(xùn)發(fā)展部經(jīng)理密切合作培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展部門培訓(xùn)員。
Instils and supports the Training initiatives and philosophies of the
company and works closely with the Training Manager in developing a team of
active Departmental Trainers.

Takes an active role in the training and development of associates.

Develops and assists with training activities focused on improving
skills and knowledge.

Ensures associates have a complete understanding of the Rules & Regulations,
and that behaviour complies.

Monitors associate’s morale and provides the feedback on development and
performance.
