(1)參加宴會廳經(jīng)理召開的工作例會,了解每日的宴會安排情況并向本班組傳達(dá);
Attend the working meeting held by the banquet manager, understand the daily banquet arrangement and communicate to the team
(2)每日宴會前,根據(jù)宴會預(yù)定情況向服務(wù)員布置具體的崗位任務(wù);
Before the banquet, assign specific tasks to the attendants according to the banquet reservation
(3)根據(jù)宴會預(yù)定情況,合理安排員工排班,保證所舉辦宴會能夠合理、有序地展開。
According to the banquet reservation, reasonably arrange the staff scheduling to ensure the banquet can be organized in a reasonable and orderly manner
(4)在宴會廳經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下,做好宴會設(shè)計、現(xiàn)場布置,督導(dǎo)服務(wù)員做好宴會前的擺臺、清潔衛(wèi)生、服務(wù)用具供應(yīng)等準(zhǔn)備工作;
Under the guidance of the banquet hall manager, do the banquet design and site layout, supervise the waiters to do the preparation work such as setting up the table, cleaning and providing service utensils before the banquet
(5)督導(dǎo)服務(wù)人員按照客人要求提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)并盡量滿足客人的特殊要求,督導(dǎo)服務(wù)員協(xié)助宴會主辦方做好客人的接待工作;
The supervisors and service personnel shall provide high quality service according to the guests' requirements and try their best to meet their special requirements. The supervisors and service personnel shall assist the banquet organizer in the reception of guests
(6)關(guān)注客人用餐狀況,適時征詢客人的意見、建議,及時處理客人投訴及突發(fā)性事件并向宴會經(jīng)理匯報;
Pay attention to guest's dining situation, ask for guest's opinions and Suggestions timely, deal with guest's complaints and unexpected incidents timely and report to the banquet manager
(7)及時組織本服務(wù)區(qū)域的清潔、整理工作;宴會結(jié)束,清點廳房內(nèi)物品及設(shè)施、設(shè)備,檢查各廳房的宴會收尾的衛(wèi)生清潔情況。
Organize the cleaning and arrangement of the service area in time; At the end of the banquet, check the items, facilities and equipment in the hall, and check the hygiene and cleanliness of the banquet in each room
崗位要求
1.高中以上學(xué)歷,服務(wù)行業(yè)崗位工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
High school degree or above, working experience in service industry is preferred
2.具有良好的工作計劃能力、信息溝通能力、處理顧客投訴和解決問題的能力
Good work planning skills, information communication skills, customer complaint handling and problem solving skills
