·??????Provide all secretarial support to thedepartment, such as printing, archiving all kinds of records of the department.
執(zhí)行部門所有文秘方面的工作,如打印、部門各種數(shù)據(jù)保存等。
·??????Keep enough and reasonable goods quantity in theoffice and storage of the Housekeeping Department.
保持客房部辦公室、倉庫物品充足,且在合理范圍內(nèi)。
·??????Follow up and submit an Engineering maintenanceorder (if necessary)
跟進提交工程維修單(物業(yè)流程如需要)。
·??????Manage borrowed things byresidents.
管理客人借用物品。
·??????Manage lost and found per ourcompany policy and procedures.
按照物業(yè)規(guī)章制度,管理客人遺留物品。
·??????Strictly manage and record the keyusage.
嚴格管理并記錄鑰匙管理相關的工作。
·??????Update room status to ensure theaccuracy of room status information in the system according to the floor Supervisor’s/Executive’sroom inspection report. (Depend onthe property’s actual situation.)
根據(jù)樓層領班/主管的查房報告,及時更新房態(tài),確保系統(tǒng)內(nèi)房態(tài)的準確無誤。(根據(jù)物業(yè)實際情況而定)
·??????Ensure smooth operation of all thesystems in the Housekeeping Department.
確保客房部各項系統(tǒng)正常運作。
·??????Know the guest room cleaningprocess and can assist with room cleaning if necessary
了解客房清潔基本流程,在部門有需要時能夠協(xié)助完成房間清潔。
·??????Understand and be able to in chargeof routine operation of linen room.
了解布草方基本運作流程,能夠獨立擔當布草房日常運營工作。
·??????Responsible for informationcollection and data accumulation, accurately answer guest inquiries.
負責信息收集和資料積累工作,準確回答賓客問詢。
·??????Responsible for department staffattendance statistics.
負責部門考勤統(tǒng)計工作。
·??????Responsible for procurement,contract and payment process of the department.
負責部門采購、合同及付款流程。
·??????Comply with rules and procedures, activelyattend training programs.
遵守相關的規(guī)章制度,并積極參加培訓。
·?????? Incompliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safeoperation in daily work, responsible for therisk management within the scope of his own position.
遵守雅詩閣集團的環(huán)境健康安全(EHS)方針政策,日常工作中注意節(jié)能和安全操作,對本崗位風險管理事件負責。

Requirements資質需求
·??????College or above education degreeis required.
大專以上文化程度。
·??????Minimum one year working experience in HousekeepingDepartment of hotel or serviced residence.
具有1年以上服務式公寓/酒店行業(yè)客房部工作經(jīng)驗。
·??????Have certain ability in English (listening,speaking, reading, writing).
有一定的英文聽/說/讀/寫能力。
·??????Good at writing and communicationskills.
具有良好的文字表達能力和溝通能力。
·??????Proficiency in the use of computersand familiar with Microsoft Office system (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
熟練使用電腦,熟悉Microsoft Office軟件(例如:Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等)。.
·??????Good work sense of responsibility, honest andreliable, always had a positive attitude.
