崗位職責(zé)
The Sales Manager handles groups less than 10 guestrooms, as well as the catering in house. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales in coordination with the Director of Business Development, implements all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility.
銷售經(jīng)理在銷售總監(jiān)的督導(dǎo)下,負(fù)責(zé)10間客房以上的團(tuán)隊及其在店宴會,通過有效的銷售活動,在業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)的指導(dǎo)下使他/她所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的住房產(chǎn)量和收入最大化。
1. Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical ?locations) as outlined in the marketing plan.
依照銷售計劃根據(jù)各自的市場執(zhí)行相應(yīng)的銷售活動。
2.? Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.
積極地參與完成部門銷售任務(wù),為整個部門達(dá)到銷售預(yù)算做出貢獻(xiàn)。
3. Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
緊密的跟進(jìn)所負(fù)責(zé)的客戶的收入產(chǎn)量,以及與公司商務(wù)、散客、會務(wù)相關(guān)的生意。
4. Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
無論何時,最大化增加銷售額。
5. Assists the Senior Sales Manager and DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
協(xié)助高級銷售經(jīng)理和銷售總監(jiān)預(yù)測未來房間的收入和公司/散客/會議/長住客/的平均房價。
6. Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.
參與主要的旅行社和會議的活動并促進(jìn)酒店銷售(房間,宴會,服務(wù)以及其他設(shè)施)。
7. Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales or Commercial Director to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.
在高級銷售經(jīng)理,銷售總監(jiān)或商務(wù)總監(jiān)的直接批準(zhǔn)下對主要市場的地區(qū)制定銷售拜訪計劃,對一些特別地區(qū)的市場進(jìn)行電話銷售,向高級銷售經(jīng)理或銷售總監(jiān)匯報潛在市場客戶的需求范圍。
8. Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
了解并熟悉競爭對手的所有產(chǎn)品信息,包括公司協(xié)議價、主要客戶及其產(chǎn)量、酒店客房、餐飲、會務(wù)等,并定期向銷售總監(jiān)匯報。
9. Work together and close communication with Banquet Sales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.
與宴會銷售緊密溝通并協(xié)同工作,通過定期的酒店招待、宴請及舉辦主題活動來全面地保持好客戶關(guān)系。
10. To meet and welcome some top key accounts, group organizer and VIP guests upon check-in.
在主要客戶、團(tuán)隊負(fù)責(zé)人及貴賓到店時歡迎其光臨或入住酒店。
11. Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow .
負(fù)責(zé)所有散客、團(tuán)隊以及協(xié)議客戶參觀酒店并制定后期跟進(jìn)計劃。
12. Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.
通過銷售拜訪.電話銷售. 傳真.通信方式為酒店主要市場保持一個高水準(zhǔn)的位置。
13. To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.
與客戶洽談所有相關(guān)宴會、會議、戶外活動等,并簽定協(xié)議。與宴會銷售人員配合跟進(jìn)具體在店活動。
14. Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.
拓展增加住房產(chǎn)量,并同時增加宴會收入。
15. Maintains close communication with the Banquet Sales Team in the negotiation process of their accounts.??
在與客戶溝通及談判過程中,保持與宴會銷售人員的及時溝通。
16. The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

1. University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.

2. Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

3. Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend anlysis.
