崗位職責:
1.熟知當天訂餐情況,檢查VIP賓客的備餐準備工作,做好各項細節(jié)準備;
2.善于與人交際,有親和力,待人熱情、友善,有禮貌,性格外向、機警靈活、工作勤奮;
3.迎接賓客,引導(dǎo)賓客到預(yù)訂臺位或賓客滿意的臺位;
4.熟練掌握酒店內(nèi)外信息,向賓客提供禮貌周全的服務(wù);
5.服務(wù)中隨時傾聽賓客的意見,及時向上級反映;
6.隨時注意在接待和服務(wù)工作中的各種問題,及時向上級反映和協(xié)助處理;
7.掌握和運用禮貌語言;向客人介紹餐廳各式菜點、各種飲品和特式菜點;
8.參與中餐廳VIP接待的餐廳服務(wù)和管理工作
崗位要求:
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷,一年以上餐飲服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗。
2.具有良好的服務(wù)意識,團隊協(xié)作精神以及良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和應(yīng)變能力。

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than one year working experience in catering service.
2. Have a good sense of service, team spirit and good communication, coordination and adaptability.
