崗位職責(zé)Duties and Responsibilities
1、在預(yù)算內(nèi)達(dá)成營收目標(biāo)和員工銷售目標(biāo),使利潤率最大化。參與制定部門年度預(yù)算、酒店的營銷計劃、經(jīng)營及財務(wù)計劃。
Achieve budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and maximise profitability. Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget, the vinyard marketing plan and business plan, and financial plans.
2、擬定并執(zhí)行銷售計劃,推動客房入住率明顯上升,提高平均房價,提升業(yè)務(wù)量,增加餐飲銷售。
Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and catering sales.
3、審核每月報表和銷售預(yù)測報告,分析當(dāng)前和潛在營銷趨勢,協(xié)調(diào)各種活動增加營收與市場份額,并監(jiān)督進(jìn)展,確保業(yè)績達(dá)到或優(yōu)于既定營收計劃。
Review monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyse current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan.
4、制定、開發(fā)各種特別活動和銷售活動,向潛在客戶推廣酒店業(yè)務(wù)。參加貿(mào)易展以及全國和本地大型營銷活動,增加新業(yè)務(wù)機遇,為酒莊提升營銷機會。
Create and develop special events and sales blitzes to showcase the vinyard to potential clients. Attend trade shows and major market events locally and nationally to promote new business and increase sales and marketing opportunities for the hotel.
5、與酒莊運營團隊一起,為酒店的主要收入來源制定產(chǎn)品以及價格策略來幫助整體提升酒莊客房,餐飲,宴會和其他內(nèi)容產(chǎn)品的收益。
Along with the vinyard operations team to develop product strategies for the major revenue streams of the Hotel positioning each as independent business units although building on the synergies that can be developed in a vinyard environment, which covers Rooms, Food & Beverage, Catering and other lifestyle product.
6、產(chǎn)品策略開發(fā)應(yīng)包括在現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品線基礎(chǔ)上建立新的產(chǎn)品理念,以推動收入和市場份額。
The product strategy development would include building on existing product lines but also new product ideas to drive revenue and market share.
7、指導(dǎo)媒體關(guān)系策略,確保酒莊及其運營部門在競爭中獲得最大的編輯覆蓋。
Direct the media relations strategy to ensure the vinyard and its operating departments obtain the largest editorial coverage within the competitive set.
