BASIC FUNCTION基本職責(zé)
1.Day-to-day secretarial work to include typing, filing, faxes and telephone etc.
日常文秘工作包括打字,整理文件,傳真和接聽電話等。
2.Arranging internal / external appointments.
安排內(nèi)外會(huì)見。
3.Taking minutes of Department Heads /Ex.Com meeting as requested.
需要時(shí)為部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)會(huì)議和行政委員會(huì)會(huì)議作會(huì)議記錄。
4. Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Department Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries as appropriate.
必要時(shí)配合,協(xié)調(diào)各部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和其它部門的秘書的工作并與他們進(jìn)行溝通。
5. Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them.
了解其它部門的職責(zé)并與其密切合作。
6. Assess priorities of work and assist in organizing General Manager’s priorities.
確定工作的重要性從而協(xié)助總經(jīng)理安排工作的先后次序。
7.Distribution of memos, letters and other information etc.
分發(fā)備忘錄,信件和其它信息等。
8.?Understand the responsibilities of other sections and departments and co-operate with them.
理解其他部門的工作職責(zé)并能與之協(xié)調(diào)。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1.??Good image and temperament, good writing style。Have hotel related work experience。CET-6 or bachelor degree in English is preferred。
形象氣質(zhì)好,文筆好,有酒店相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)(不一定同崗位),英文6級(jí)或英文專業(yè)本科優(yōu)先。
2、Master general knowledge of hotel operation and management, and be familiar with hotel secretarial work and administrative management knowledge
掌握酒店經(jīng)營管理一般知識(shí),熟悉酒店秘書工作和行政管理知識(shí)。
3、Master the writing method of practical articles, and understand the reception etiquette and etiquette.
掌握應(yīng)用文撰寫方法,懂得接待禮儀、禮節(jié)
4、Be able to handle general documents, correspondence and data, and have good coordination and reception ability.
能處理一般的文件、函電和資料,具有較好的協(xié)調(diào)、接待工作能力。
