1. Responsible for achieving the room sales target in the market.
2. Liaise closely with clients in local and international markets through CRM on behalf of the hotel.
3. Manage subordinates to ensure that all daily tasks are completed on time.
4. Maintain and update sales records.
5. Keep close contact with existing customers and potential customers and partners.
6. Effectively recognize and master sales leads.
Participate in international and domestic sales activities on behalf of the hotel
8. Carefully planned customer meetings, implemented customer relationship management on scheduled customers, and achieved sales targets.
9. Cross-sell in accordance with group and APAC regulations during sales visits.
10. Understand and report on the market and competitors in the responsible market area.
11. Prepare sales reports, ensure the accuracy of market and customer information, so as to facilitate the follow-up work.
12. Actively disseminates product information and creates hotel awareness in responsible markets.
13. Assist in developing and producing all promotional materials for the hotel.
14. Manage customer file database.
15. Provide continuous advice and support to subordinates.
16. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

13.協助配合開發(fā)制作所有酒店促銷材料。
14.管理客戶檔案數據庫。
15.不斷地對下屬員工給予持續(xù)建議及支持。
16.完成上級交待的其他任務。
