1. Monitors competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence

2. Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
根據(jù)在銷售策略中既定目標(biāo),向新的、現(xiàn)有的、有可能的客戶進(jìn)行銷售,并與其談判商定最適合的價(jià)格以爭(zhēng)取最大的利潤(rùn)。
3. Services existing business through management of account bases
通過客戶管理,向現(xiàn)有的客戶提供服務(wù)。
4. Sell all facets of the hotel
銷售酒店的所有設(shè)施。
5. Manage the corporate head office and the preferred hotel history for that company
管理公司總部檔案和了解公司優(yōu)先使用的酒店記錄。
6. Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market
設(shè)立和保持定期的銷售拜訪模式,與目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的主要人物會(huì)面。
7. Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis
指導(dǎo)和進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)研和分析。
8. Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business

9. Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place

14. Maintain regular contact with the hotels in your region and the regional reservation office
與所在區(qū)域內(nèi)的集團(tuán)成員和區(qū)域預(yù)訂辦公室保持定期聯(lián)系。
15. Monitors existing business and inputs into sales strategy meetings to maximize business
監(jiān)測(cè)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù),并在銷售策略會(huì)上提出建議以擴(kuò)大業(yè)務(wù)。
16. Grows existing business and establishes and pursues leads which will develop business

17. Interfaces with operations on a timely basis
