About the role: To direct and oversee all marketing activities with the support of teams including, Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Public Relations and Revenue Management for the Hotel and ensure that all activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied.     工作職責(zé): · 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理完成酒店所有與收入及市場銷售相關(guān)的工作并完成總經(jīng)理安排的相關(guān)工作。 · 全面負(fù)責(zé)對銷售部,宴會銷售部,收益管理與預(yù)訂部,及市場傳訊部的管理工作。 · 帶領(lǐng)酒店商務(wù)團(tuán)隊完成相關(guān)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),包括但不限于管理酒店的持續(xù)盈利能力,確保酒店的收益和利潤,賓客滿意度達(dá)標(biāo)甚至超過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。 · 制定酒店年度/季度/月度預(yù)算預(yù)測與工作計劃,并有效的予以實施。 · 參與開拓和實施酒店和部門的政策規(guī)定。 · 制定開拓市場銷售戰(zhàn)略和促銷計劃,實時更具市場情況進(jìn)行調(diào)整。 · 督導(dǎo)和推動市場銷售計劃的進(jìn)展和實施。 · 為商務(wù)發(fā)展部設(shè)定清晰的工作目標(biāo),實施員工個人技能的發(fā)展,業(yè)績的復(fù)核訓(xùn)導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)。 · 監(jiān)督和評估當(dāng)前發(fā)起的市場銷售活動以及市場動態(tài)。 · 管理部門內(nèi)部的運(yùn)作,保證部門固定資產(chǎn)及運(yùn)營物品得到良好維護(hù)。 · 定期進(jìn)行市場調(diào)查,掌握競爭對手信息。 · 為酒店設(shè)立價格策略和銷售目標(biāo)。 · 管理特別項目及其他相關(guān)的生意。 · 確保高效利用部門資源。 · 管理部門內(nèi)部人力資源,包括選擇招聘人員,培訓(xùn)部門員工,團(tuán)隊建設(shè),員工表現(xiàn)評估等。 · 確保部門員工明確所賦予的職責(zé)。 · 在部門或酒店的利益受到危害時,立即采取糾正錯誤的措施。 · 管理客戶關(guān)系及服務(wù),包括客戶需求、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)知識,銷售的有效性交流技巧及客戶反饋信息。 · 管理部門開支和預(yù)算。 · 準(zhǔn)備部門每月相關(guān)開支的預(yù)測,并在預(yù)定日期上交給酒店。 · 按照酒店政策控制部門成本,避免浪費。 · 確保所有與系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的收益數(shù)據(jù)都保持精確性并完全遵照希爾頓國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 · 確保部門文件,及相關(guān)資料的存檔。 · 保持與集團(tuán)內(nèi)各營業(yè)部門的溝通,最大限度拓展銷售機(jī)會。 · 在海內(nèi)外社會各有關(guān)行業(yè)推廣酒店。 · 積極參與希爾頓集團(tuán)發(fā)起的銷售活動。 · 針對目標(biāo)市場組織促銷差旅。 · 在海內(nèi)外目標(biāo)市場,保持良好的關(guān)系和溝通。 · 確保所有與系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的收益數(shù)據(jù)都保持精確性并完全遵照希爾頓國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 · 根據(jù)酒店、行業(yè)和公司的指引,回應(yīng)需求、進(jìn)行調(diào)整,執(zhí)行任何合理的任務(wù)及額外職責(zé)。 · 堅持酒店安全制度、緊急情況處理規(guī)定和程序。 · 確保員工充分的理解并遵守員工手冊內(nèi)容。 · 如有必要 ,該部門有權(quán)更改或補(bǔ)充該職位描述。 · 完成任何其他合理的職責(zé)和被指派的職責(zé)。 任職要求: · 誠摯待客: 自愿全心全意為賓客提供無與倫比的絕佳體驗 · 正直誠信: 時時刻刻為所應(yīng)為 · 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心: 力爭在業(yè)界和所在社區(qū)都位居領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位 · 團(tuán)隊合作: 所有工作中積極發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)隊合作精神 · 主人翁精神: 勇于為自己的行動負(fù)責(zé)并敢于做出決定 · 即時行動: 以刻不容緩的態(tài)度和紀(jì)律運(yùn)營 · 大學(xué)本科。 · 具有至少五年在國際連鎖酒店的相關(guān)管理經(jīng)驗。 · 良好的中英文讀寫能力。 · 具備制訂和執(zhí)行營業(yè)預(yù)算及經(jīng)營計劃的能力。 · 具備高效地推廣和將品牌定位在理想的水平的能力。 · 具備管理銷售部的能力。 · 具備協(xié)助總經(jīng)理和管理層達(dá)到酒店總體經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的能力。 · 掌握政治,經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會方面的知識及市場趨勢。 · 具有良好的溝通技巧,良好組織及展示技巧。 · 具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo),指導(dǎo)和發(fā)展員工的能力。 · 具備處理危機(jī)的知識和能力。
